Your Columbia Bank Business Digital Banking Access and Services are Changing on March 20, 2023
On March 20, 2023, you will access digital banking through Umpqua’s website and mobile app. In addition to changes on how you will login, some of the digital services you use today like ACH Services, Wire Services, Positive Pay and Quicken/Quickbooks require you to take action prior to March 20, 2023.
Businesses transitioning from Columbia’s Business Online Banking Systems
Some of your credentials will change:
- You will receive a new Company ID
- Your User ID will remain the same
- You will receive a Temporary Password
Businesses transitioning from Columbia’s Personal Online Banking System (Columbia Connect)
If you are enrolled in Columbia Connect and utilize ACH or Check Positive Pay, and/or Business Bill Pay, you will transition to Business Online Banking and be issued all new credentials:
- You will receive a Company ID (this ID will be the same for every user of your business)
- You will receive a new User ID
- You will receive a Temporary Password
