Follow these First-Time Login Instructions

Below are step-by-step login instructions for your first log-in to Business Online Banking.

Prior to February 10, 2023, verify your One-Time Passcode or Secure Access contact information in online banking.

Biz/Commercial Connect

  1. Go to Administration & Settings Menu
  2. Select User Maintenance
  3. Using Add Widget, select Passcode Maintenance

Columbia Connect

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Security Preferences
  3. Click on Secure Contact Information

Gather your current User ID, new Company ID and Temporary Password.

Your User ID will remain the same unless notified otherwise via email on February 16, 2023. Your new Company ID will be emailed to you on February 21, 2023, and your Temporary Password will be emailed to you on February 23, 2023.

If you do not receive one or more of your credentials by February 24, 2023, call 833-961-3614.

Select the correct login link.

Click the Log In button in the upper right corner then select Business Banking.
