Key Service Changes

Business Online Banking Services Changes

In addition to your system access, there will also be several changes to some of the business online banking services you use to manage your account. Please review the services below to find out what you need to do to prepare.

ACH Services

Payment schedule will need to be reestablished.

Wire Services

Will require new processes for sending and receiving wires.

Administrator Functions

A Primary Administrator has been assigned.

Positive Pay

Import templates will need to be rebuilt.

Mobile App & Deposit Changes

Will require you to download the Umpqua Biz Mobile app to conduct mobile deposits.

ACH Blocks & Filters

New deadline for exception decisions will be 4:15 p.m. PT.

Quicken / QuickBooks

Activity must be downloaded prior to 5:00 p.m. on March 17 and reconnected following the transition.

Business Bill Pay

The Primary Administrator will have to add entitlement for users.

File Transmissions

New SFTP login credentials will be needed.

Online Statements

Requires re-enrollment by an Administrator.


Will need to be set up again.


Recurring and scheduled transfers will need to be set up again.

Custom Reporting

Access to similar reports will be available.

Deposit Express – Remote Deposit Capture

Utilize bookmarked login link or access from starting March 20, 2023. Click the Login button in the upper right corner then select Deposit Express from the "All Other Logins" dropdown.
