The transition of your Columbia Bank accounts and services to Umpqua Bank is now complete

Quicken & QuickBooks Services

You will need to disconnect your Quicken/QuickBooks services from Biz/Commercial Connect and reconnect to Business Online Banking after the transition on March 20, 2023.

Service Interruptions

As we work to transition systems to Umpqua, Quicken and QuickBooks will experience the following interruptions:

Friday, 3/17/23 – 5:00 p.m. PT

Back up your Quicken/QuickBooks data. Quicken/QuickBooks will no longer be available through Biz/Commercial Connect.

Monday, 3/20/23 – 7:00 a.m. PT

Reconnect Quicken/QuickBooks Web Connect, Express Web Connect or Online services following the instruction guides below.

Direct Connect users will receive new login credentials within 10 days of the transition.

Direct Connect User Credentials

Quicken and QuickBooks Direct Connect users will need new credentials for accessing Direct Connect in Business Online Banking. New credentials will be emailed approximately 10 days after the transition on March 20, 2023.

Critical Details About the Transition

Express Web Connect for Quicken, Web Connect and QuickBooks Online will be available on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 7:00 a.m. PT.

We recommend that you download your most recent activity prior to 5:00 p.m. PT on Friday, March 17, 2023, to help ensure your activity is up to date prior to the start of the transition weekend. You will need to reconnect your Quicken/QuickBooks to Business Online Banking after the transition is complete. It is important to follow the appropriate instructions below when reconnecting so you do not have duplicate accounts or transactions.
