Temporary Waiver of Fees: The monthly maintenance fee associated with this account will be waived through May 2023. This waiver period will allow you the opportunity to understand the requirements to waive those fees on your new account.
Requirement to Avoid Monthly Maintenance Fee: $10,000 Minimum daily balance, OR $25,000 Combined deposit and outstanding loan balances in eligible Accounts. Note: Balance requirements are calculated three business days before the end of the deposit statement period. The combined balance is calculated by adding the current balance of all eligible Accounts. Eligible Accounts for the combined balance option include personal Umpqua Bank Checking, savings, certificates of deposit, money markets, and IRAs at Umpqua Bank, and outstanding Umpqua Bank personal loans, but excludes Umpqua Bank mortgages and credit cards.
Excess Deposited Item: $0.25 per Check after 50 Checks per monthly interest analysis cycle. Note: The interest analysis cycle is the day in which an account pays interest and is assessed service charges. The interest analysis cycle doesn’t necessarily occur on the same day as monthly statement or maintenance cycles.
Excess Withdrawal Activity: $5. For each withdrawal or transfer that exceeds 6 allowable transactions per calendar month or statement cycle. Transfers include but are not limited to Bill Payments, Telephone Transfers, and ACH Payments. ATM and In-Branch Withdrawals are unlimited.

Non-Umpqua Bank ATM: $2.50 per transaction - withdrawal, transfer, or balance inquiry. ATM-Owner fees will apply.
International Transaction: 2.00% of transaction. Transactions made outside the U.S., in either foreign currency or U.S. dollars, using an Umpqua Bank card.
