Account Opening & Usage

• Minimum Amount Required to Open Account: $100
• Monthly Maintenance Fee: $10
  • Temporary Waiver of Fees: The monthly maintenance fee associated with this account will be waived through May 2023. This waiver period will allow you the opportunity to understand the requirements to waive those fees on your new account.
• Requirement to Avoid Monthly Maintenance Fee: Complete one of the following: Maintain a $1,000 minimum daily balance, OR Link to an Access Checking and receive up to 3 Grow Savings or Thrive Money Market accounts with no monthly maintenance charge, OR Link to an Attain Checking and receive up to 5 Grow Savings or Thrive Money Market accounts with no monthly maintenance charge
• Excess Deposited Item: $0.25 per Check after 50 Checks per monthly interest analysis cycle. Note: The interest analysis cycle is the day in which an account pays interest and is assessed service charges. The interest analysis cycle doesn’t necessarily occur on the same day as monthly statement or maintenance cycles.
• Excess Withdrawal Activity: $5. For each withdrawal or transfer that exceeds 6 allowable transactions per calendar month or statement cycle. Transfers include but are not limited to Bill Payments, Telephone Transfers, and ACH Payments. ATM and In-Branch Withdrawals are unlimited.

• Umpqua Bank ATM: $0 per transaction - deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or balance inquiry.
• Non-Umpqua Bank ATM: $2.50 per transaction - withdrawal, transfer, or balance inquiry. ATM-Owner fees will apply.
• International Transaction: 2.00% of transaction. Transactions made outside the U.S., in either foreign currency or U.S. dollars, using an Umpqua Bank card.
• Umpqua Bank ATM Mini Statement: $0 per statement
