The transition of your Columbia Bank accounts and services to Umpqua Bank is now complete
As we work to transition systems to Umpqua, Bank2Bank Transfers will experience the following interruptions:
Bank2Bank Transfers are no longer available.
You will need to setup any previous External Transfers, including re-linking your accounts with Umpqua Bank.
On Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. PT, Bank2Bank transfers will no longer be available. Starting Monday, March 20, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. PT, you will need to enroll in External Transfers through Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking.
Enrolling in External Transfers through Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking also allows you to use external accounts to make payments directly to personal loans and lines of credit you may have with us. You can enroll by selecting Transactions from the menu.
Your information and any recurring or scheduled payments within Bank2Bank Transfers will not be saved or transferred to Umpqua Bank. You will need to set these up again in External Transfers within Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking system. External transfers may take 1-2 business days to process from the date scheduled.
