The transition of your Columbia Bank accounts and services to Umpqua Bank is now complete

You will need to re-establish your card controls in Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking system on March 22, 2023.

Service Interruptions

As we work to transition systems to Umpqua, CardPilot will experience the following interruptions:

Friday, 3/17/23 – 9:00 p.m. PT

Card Pilot will no longer function and the app can be deleted. If your card is currently in a “Lock/Block” status, it will no longer be blocked.

Monday, 3/20/23 – 8:00 a.m. PT

Card alerts and controls will need to be set up again and managed directly in Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking or the Umpqua Bank Mobile App.

Your card controls will not automatically transfer to Umpqua Bank

Starting Friday, March 17, 2023 at 9:00 p.m., debit card controls and alerts setup through CardPilot will no longer be in effect. Starting March 22, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. PT, you will be able to access card controls, set controls and alerts, or set travel notices directly through Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking or the Umpqua Bank mobile app.

A separate app for these functions is no longer needed and you should remove the Columbia Bank CardPilot app from your device after March 22, 2023.

  • Log into Umpqua Online Banking or the Umpqua Mobile App
  • In the menu, select “Services” and then “Debit Card Controls”
  • You can access card controls, set controls and alerts, or set travel notices here
