Personal Online Banking Services Changes
In addition to your system access, there will also be several changes to some of the personal online banking services you use to manage your account. Please review the services below to find out what you need to do to prepare.

Bank2Bank transfers will end. You will need to enroll in External Transfers with Umpqua Bank.
CardPilot
Controls will be within Umpqua Online Banking or Mobile Banking, without the need for a separate app.

Activity must be downloaded prior to 5:00pm on March 17 and reconnected following the transition.
Mobile App
Text Banking
Will be discontinued. Consider downloading the mobile banking app for easy access to your accounts.

CardSwap
Will be discontinued. Considering enrolling in Card Controls for your debit card.
Services Automatically Transitioning
The following digital services and information are automatically transferring over and there is nothing you need to do to prepare:
| Personal Bill Pay | All of your schedule payments, information, payee lists, recurring payments, and history will transition automatically. Payments will continue to be withdrawn from your accounts in the same manner they are today. |
| eStatements | If you are currently enrolled through Columbia Connect, it will carry over automatically. |
| Alerts | Will automatically transition over with limited changes. |
| Financial Tools | Temporary delay in access. The service will become available within 30 days and will automatically be added to your online and mobile experience. |
| Accounts and Nicknames | Will transfer automatically. |
| Recurring transfers between your existing Columbia Accounts | Will continue as scheduled. |
| Transaction History | You will have 90-days of transaction history. History will post shortly after conversion to the new system. |
| Statement History | You will have access to 12 months of statements. |
| Check Images | Will be viewable in your available transaction history. |
