As we work to transition systems to Umpqua, mobile banking will experience the following interruptions:

The current system will be placed in view-only mode. You will not be able to conduct transactions.

Monday, 3/20/23 – 8:00 a.m. PT

General Mobile Banking Information

View and Layout: You will notice a slight difference in the look and navigation but most of the information you are used to seeing will remain.

Mobile Deposits: You will still be able to deposit checks from the app once you accept the Terms and Conditions presented upon first use. The new daily limits for Mobile Deposits is $5,000/day or $10,000 per week. Please note, if your current usage exceeds these totals today, you will be able to continue to use mobile deposit services and limits as you always have.

Same-day deposit cutoff time remains at 6:00 p.m. PT. Deposits made or accepted after 6:00 p.m. PT on a business day will be processed the next business day. Deposits made shortly before the 6:00 p.m. PT cutoff time may process the next business day due to the short time for receipt and acceptance.
