The transition of your Columbia Bank accounts and services to Umpqua Bank is now complete


You will need to reconnect your Quicken/QuickBooks account to Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking after March 20, 2023. We highly recommend that you download prior activity from before 5:00 p.m. PT on March 17.

Service Interruptions

As we work to transition systems to Umpqua, Quicken/QuickBooks will experience the following interruptions:

Friday, 3/17/23 – 5:00 p.m. PT

Prior activity must be downloaded prior to this date and time.

Tuesday, 3/21/23 & Sunday 3/26/23

You will need to reconnect services following the below schedule for Web Connect and Express Web Connect.

Important Information about the transition of Quicken/QuickBooks to Umpqua Bank:

Express Web Connect: You will have a five-day waiting period after the transition before being able to reconnect these services starting March 26, 2023.

Web Connect: You will need to reconnect Quicken/QuickBooks to Umpqua Personal Online Banking starting March 21, 2023.

Data Updates: We highly recommend you download your most recent activity prior to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023 to help ensure your activity is up to date prior to the start of the transition.
