The transition of your Columbia Bank accounts and services to Umpqua Bank is now complete
As we work to transition systems to Umpqua, Zelle® will experience the following interruptions:
You will be un-enrolled from Zelle®, disconnecting your Columbia Bank linked mobile numbers and email addresses.
You can re-enroll with Zelle®, linking your mobile numbers and email addresses with Umpqua Bank.
As of 2:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, March 16, 2023, you will be un-enrolled from your Zelle® profile with Columbia Bank automatically. Starting March 20, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. PT you can complete the simple Zelle® re-enrollment process through Umpqua’s personal Online Banking, including linking your phone numbers and email addresses to Umpqua. Your information will not be saved or transferred automatically.
Recurring or future-dated payments scheduled to occur after March 17, 2023, will need to be set up again as individual payments at the time they are due, once you re-enroll in Zelle® through Umpqua’s Personal Online Banking. Recurring and scheduled payments will become available again later in 2023.
The new daily dollar limits are below. New enrollments will automatically be enrolled at the $300 daily limit. If you had previously been sending and receiving payments above $300, please contact our online banking team at (866) 486-7782 after March 20, 2023 to discuss options.
